Third-Party AI Service Notice. When you use AI chat, voice chat, character voice, image interaction, or other AI-generated features, we will explain in the app the categories of data that may be sent, the recipients, and the purposes, and we will obtain your explicit consent before sending the relevant data to third-party AI service providers. If you do not consent, we will not send such data to third-party AI service providers, but the relevant AI features may be unavailable.

I. What Personal Information We Collect

When you use the Platform Services, we may collect and process your personal information through various means, including information provided by you, information automatically collected during our service process, and information provided to us by third parties. The collection and processing of such information is essential for the normal provision of services on our Platform.

1. Your Account Information

When you register or log in to our Services, we will collect information related to your account, including your mobile phone number, email address, user ID, password actively set/provided by you during registration or login, as well as avatar information and date of birth you may provide when setting up your account's basic information.

2. Artificial Intelligence Interaction Information

When you use our artificial intelligence interactive services, we may collect and process information that you actively enter, submit, or upload, including chat text, prompts, character settings, AI companion profiles you configure, nicknames, avatars, feedback such as likes, reports, regeneration, and re-input, as well as images, audio, voice clips, and context required to generate responses.

The above information is provided by you through input, upload, recording, feedback actions, or interaction with AI features. Due to the technical characteristics of artificial intelligence interaction, AI may ask questions involving your personal information, and the content you submit may contain your personal information. You may choose not to answer, skip relevant questions, or provide non-personal information to avoid providing relevant personal information. This may affect the quality of ongoing AI chat interactions, but usually will not prevent you from using other services. We also ask you not to provide other people's personal information unless you have obtained their consent or can provide such information under applicable laws and regulations.

3. Transaction Information

When you obtain rewards by purchasing services, using services, or participating in specific activities, we will collect your transaction information, including recharge records, consumption records, service usage information such as virtual props, order information (goods, amount, payment method), and account balance information such as platform virtual coins.

4. Device Information and Log Information

In order to ensure the stability and security of the system when you use our software, protect the service experience and legitimate rights and interests of you and other users, maintain the normal operation of the software and services, prevent your personal information from being illegally obtained, and more accurately prevent fraud and protect account security, we need to collect your device information and log information.

Device information includes the model, operating system and version of the device you use when accessing the Service, the version number of this product, and unique device identifiers (such as MAC address/IMEI/IMSI/Android ID/OAID/GUID/UUID), screen resolution, system language, carrier information, device name, time zone and configuration, network access method, type, and quality. 5. AI Interactions, Voice Data, and Third-Party AI Service Usage

After obtaining your explicit in-app consent, we may send data necessary to provide the relevant AI features to third-party AI service providers for processing. The data that may be sent includes chat text, prompts, character settings and context, images or audio you upload, microphone recordings, voice clips, speech-to-text transcripts, and request IDs, session IDs, device information, and logs needed for request routing, safety moderation, troubleshooting, and service stability.

The third-party AI service providers currently used for relevant AI features include ChatGpt/Gemini/Others. We use the above data to generate AI responses, perform speech recognition, voice synthesis, image or multimodal understanding and generation, safety moderation, service stability, and troubleshooting. If we add or replace a third-party AI service provider, we will update the in-app notice and obtain your consent again when required by applicable law or platform rules.

Your voice data and AI interaction data are processed for the period necessary to provide the current feature. Unless necessary to complete the feature you requested, comply with legal obligations, address security risks, or with your separate consent, we will not retain original microphone recordings on a long-term basis, and we will not use your personal data for undisclosed third-party model training or unrelated marketing purposes. We require the above third-party AI service providers to follow personal data protection standards that are the same as or higher than those of this application and to process data only according to our instructions and this Policy.

We will remove all the personal information in the introduction or description of Character (e.g., the creator of the character will no longer show or link to your user profile) to protect your information, so that no one may further identify you via this character.
